Advance Open Water Certificaction

The Advanced Open Water certification is a course for Open Water Diver certified divers that allows them to improve their skills, explore different underwater environments, and reach greater depths, including dives to 30 meters, navigation, and specialties such as night or wreck diving. Requirements include being 12 years of age or older, having a medical certificate, completing the Open Water course, and completing a medical questionnaire.

What is it and what do you get?

Skill Enhancement: The course focuses on refining and expanding diving skills, increasing the diver's confidence and proficiency.

Exploration: Allows you to explore a wider range of underwater environments and perform more complex activities.

Deeper: Certification opens the door to diving up to 30 meters deep anywhere in the world.

Requirements: Age: 12 years or older (with guardian permission if between 12 and 18).

Previous Certification: PADI or SSI Open Water Diver Certification.

Health: Complete a medical questionnaire and, if necessary, be examined by a physician.

Abilities: Demonstrate good swimming skills and be in good physical condition.

Course Content:

Adventure Dives: Five adventure dives are conducted in total.

Required: Two dives are required: Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation.

Elective Dives: You choose three additional dives from a list of specialties based on your instructor and the local environment.
